摘要
在IBM-PC微机上完成了扩展X射线吸收精细结构(EXAFS)数据处理程序。该程序由FORTRAN,C和8088汇编语言混合编程。它包含14个功能块,分别用于数据收集、数据换算、背景扣除、μ_o拟合、归一化、傅立叶变换和滤波,其结构参数的求取由6个各不相同的功能块来完成。
A program package for EXAFS data processing was established in an IBM-PC/XT computer and has been applied to structure determinations. This programis a user-friendly system which was coded in FORTRAN, C and intel-8088 Assem-bly languages. It consists of 14 functional modules which are used for raw dataacquisition, data reduction, background removing, μ_o fitting, normalization,Fourier transform and filtering respectively. Computation of structural parametersis carried out by six independent modules.
