积雪草总苷缓释片的制备及体外释放特性研究

Study on Preparation of Asiaticosides Sustained-release Tablets and its Release Property in vitro

目的:制备积雪草总苷缓释片,并进行体外释放特性研究。方法:采用正交设计试验,以积雪草总苷的缓释性为评价指标,优化缓释片的制备工艺,并进行体外释放度试验。结果:所制备的缓释片的释放符合Higuchi方程,具有缓释制剂的体外溶出特征。结论:该方法制得的缓释片具有良好的缓释效果,且制备工艺简单易行。

Objective： To prepare asiaticosides sustained-release tablets and to evaluate its releasing property in vitro. Method： The formulation of asiaticosides sustained-release tablets was screened by orthogonal design, the dissolution rate in vitro was used as the evaluation index. The dissolution test was conducted. Result： The release of asiaticosides tablets in vitro could be described by Higuich equation resulting from the sustained-release property of the tablets. Conclusion： The tablets have desirable sustain-release property in vitro. The formulation and preparatin technique are simple and can be applied in production.
