摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定美洛昔康分散片含量。方法:采用Zorbax SBC_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相: 0.2mol·L^(-1)醋酸铵溶液-甲醇(50:50),流速:0.8ml·min^(-1),柱温:30℃,检测波长:360nm。结果:美洛昔康浓度在8.5~76.7μg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.0%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、快速,准确、可靠。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of meloxicam dispersible tablets. Method: The Zorbax SBC18 Column ( 250mm × 4.6ram, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was 0.2ml·min^-1 ammonium acetate-methanol ( 50: 50 ) , the flow rate was 0.8ml·min^-1, the detection wavelength was 360nm, the temperature of column was 30℃. Result: The linear range of meloxicam was 8.5 - 76.7μg·ml^-1 r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.3 %, with RSD 1.0% ( n = 6). Conclusion : The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.
