Determination of Gentiopicrin in Weining Powder by HPLC

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定胃宁散中龙胆苦苷的含量。方法:色谱柱:Diamansil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(30:70);检测波长:270nm。结果:龙胆苦苷进样量在0.17～1.51μg范围内,呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为98.3%,RSD=1.2%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective： To develop a method to determine the content of gentiopicrin in Weining powder by HPLC. Method： The Diamansil C ls column （250mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used; The mobile phase was the mixture of methanol and water （30： 70） ; The detection wavelength was at 270nm. Result： A good linear correlation of Gentiopicrin was observed within the range of 0.17 - 1.51μg.The average recovery was 98.3 % with RSD of 1.2% （n = 5 ）. Conclusion： The method is conveinient , sensitive and accurate. It can be used as the quality control method of gentiopicrin in Weining powder.
