This paper introduces the technique of adding antistatic agent to polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride to modify their fireretarding and antistatic properties. The fireretarding and antistatic properties of the products treated by this technique come up to the state standard.The demands for polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride in some countries are introduced.
