摘要
目的探讨带角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效;方法手术显微镜下对235例280只眼翼状胬肉行切除联合带角膜缘干细胞移植术;结果回访280只眼中263只眼移植片生长良好,3月至3年未见复发;结论带角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉复发率低,只有6%。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium. Methods Undermicroscope , 235 patients （280 eyes） with pterygiumin were treated with limbal stem cell transplantation . Results After operation,the follow-up time was 3months to 3 years.263 eyes in 280 cases were healed. Conclusion limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium is helpful. The recurrence rate of pterygium was 6% .
