经口鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术的护理

Nursing for the Resection of Pituitary Tymor via Mouth nose and Sphenoid Sinus

目的加强经口鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术病人的全面护理,提高手术成功率。方法对30例经口鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术病人术前做好心理疏导,术后重点观察尿量、鼻腔渗血渗液情况,及时发现并处理并发症。结果全部病人术前精神状态良好,如期进行手术,术后效果理想,无一例病情恶化,均满意出院。结论有针对性地做好经口鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术的护理,对患者的恢复至关重要。

Objective It may be improved the success rate of the resection of pituitary tumor via mouth nose and sphenoid sinus by improving overall nursing. Methods Psychic guidance were putted in practice before operation in 18 patients who have the resection of pituitary tumor via nose and sphenoid sinus.After operation,urine volume,osmotic blood and juice in nasal cavity would be primarily observed and complication would be discovered and treated in time.Results All patients＇ mental status were well before operation. No patient＇s condition got worse. All patients were discharged with satisfaction： Conclusion The purposive nursing play animportant role in the patients＇ recovery with the resection of pituitary tumor via mouth nose and sphenoid sinus.
