摘要
随着太阳能光伏发电技术的迅猛发展,太阳能路灯很快在广大城市和农村得到了推广和应用,尤其是在没有电网的农村得到广泛的重视,并且取得了成功。同时,在许多已经敷设了电力线路的城市道路上也开始安装太阳能路灯,但这些道路和农村的道路不同,如果用同样的方法设计,一方面不能达到城市道路照明的规定要求,另一方面也造成资源的浪费。太阳能光伏电力与市电互补为道路照明提供电源可以解决这个问题。另外,根据CJJ45-2006城市道路照明设计标准的相关要求,在城市的重要广场必须做到双电源供电,太阳能光伏电力与市电互补照明不失为一个好方法。在城市,有的地方双路供电的成本是相当高的,太阳能光伏电力与市电互补照明将大幅度降低路灯双路供电的成本。本文就以上两个问题进行分析,并提出解决问题的方法。
Solar lighting has been rapidly put into application in cities and villages with the development of photovohaic technology. Particularly in some rural road without commercial power grid, solar lighting acts a significant role and achieves success. But to the urban road with commercial grid, lighting powered by hybrid energy between solar and commercial grid should be a better way that could meet requires of standard and decreases energy waste. Additionally, dual power supply is an essential demand to important urban squares' lighting that claimed by the standard CJJ45 - 2006 " Standard for lighting design of urban road" Lighting powered by hybrid energy between solar and commercial grid is one appreciate way that will reduce cost especially in traditional dual wire supplies of some urban places. Some solutions are provided in this paper after posing above two questions.
