摘要
包涵体是指细菌表达的蛋白在细胞内凝集,形成无活性的固体颗粒。对于从事生化研究的科研工作者而言,包涵体的纯化是一个十分重要和棘手的问题,结合笔者的实践经验,简述了包涵体的纯化中需要注意的问题。
Inclusion is the expression of proteins in bacterial ceils agglutinate, the formation of the solid particles inactive.
