新城疫,特别是非典型新城疫,在中国仍时有发生,严重威胁养鸡业的健康发展。结合国内近年的文献报道与实践经验,从病原学、流行病学、临床分型、症状与病变、诊断、鉴别诊断、抗体监测、H I抗体水平与免疫力、母源抗体与首免、早期免疫、免疫程序,以及应急措施等方面,对新城疫作较为详尽的论述。
