现代烟草农业土地流转现状研究

加强基础设施建设,实行规模化种植、集约化经营、专业化分工和信息化管理,是烟草行业发展的一项重要任务。笔者通过对当前烟草农业土地流转具备的条件、意义和主要流转模式进行分析,并针对当前烟草农业土地流转出现的问题提出了坚持维护土地承包关系长期稳定、坚持土地流转市场化、坚持土地流转与农民增收有机结合和坚持土地流转多样化等4项原则。

Based on the current agricultural land circulation conditions, the significance and the main flow pattern is analyzed, and the agricultural land circulation of tobacco is put forward on maintaining a long - term stable land contracted land circulation, insist on the land circulation and mercerization, organic combination of farmers＇ income and adhere to the land circulation diversification four principles.
