摘要
导流隧洞封堵水库下闸蓄水是水利枢纽工程建设的一个重要里程碑,而导流洞封堵施工又是实现这一里程碑的关键。笔者着重对安徽省霍山县白莲崖水库导流洞封堵堵头的施工进行介绍,对以后类似工程有一定的借鉴作用。
