摘要
马铃薯是世界上仅次于小麦、水稻、玉米之后的第四大粮食作物,以其增产潜力大,营养丰富,加工的食品类型多,将对解决农民温饱、增加农民收入、解决中国粮食安全起到重要作用。笔者对中国发展马铃薯产业的优势进行了初步分析。
