摘要
自卑严重影响人的社会交往,抑制人的能力发展。对高职女生自卑心理的表现进行了简要分析,提出通过正确定位高职教育的社会地位、增强自信心、悦纳自己、积极与人交往、运用补偿心理,等有针对性的对策,克服高职女生自卑心理。
Low serf - esteem severely affected social interaction and inhibited the development of human capacity. Through the analysis of the inferiority complex performance of vocational girls, this paper proposed some to overcome the vocational girls＇ inferiority, such as correctly positioning the social status of vocational education, enhancing self - confidence, accepting oneself, actively communicating with people and naking use of psychological compensation measures.
