摘要
阐明了"新乡土风格"的含义,即抵制现代主义的城市化理想,采用现代技术但却大量使用本土的建筑材料。指出现代的"新乡土风格"是为了满足现代人们崇尚自然、精神回归的心理需求,它是整个时代的社会心理、人文意识、科学文化水平的反映,是设计者和使用者自身真实感受的表达和流露。
The meaning of new vernacular style was explained, that is the urbanization ideal to resist modernism namely, using modem technology but using local building materials. It pointed out that modern new vernacular style was to satisfy the psychological needs of adoring nature and sprit regression of human, which was the reflection of social psychology, humanities consciousness and scientific cultural level of whole times, was the expression and outpouring of own real feeling of designer and user.
