浅谈勘察设计企业开展工程EPC总承包项目

On developing EPC general contracting of project in surveying and designing industries

以中铁二院承担的普光气田宣汉专用铁路EPC总承包项目为例,阐述了勘察设计企业承担EPC总承包项目的优势,分析了存在的问题,提出了抓好工程总承包的对策,指出勘察设计企业应抓住机遇,开展总承包业务,逐步向工程公司转型,从而实现企业的可持续发展。

Taking Xuan-Han EPC general contracting item of special railway in Puguang gas field that accomplished by second institute of China railway department as example, the paper states advantages for the surveying and designing industries to undertake EPC general contract item, it also analyzes problems that exists, proposes measures of doing a good job in general contracts of project. It points out that the surveying and designing industries must make full use of chances, and develop general contracting item, thus transfer into engineering company gradually, so as to realize sustainable development of industry.
