摘要
结合多年建筑工程施工成本的控制经验,在分析建筑工程施工成本的组成与预测基础上,从人工、材料、设备、质量及合同、财务及其他成本等方面进行了建筑工程施工成本控制措施的论述,以期为建筑施工企业成本控制积累经验。
Combined with several years＇ experiences in construction cost control of building engineering and based upon analysis of the composition of construction cost of building engineering and cost prediction the construction cost control measures are discussed from labor, materials, equipments, quality, contract, finance and other aspects, in order to provide experiences for construction cost control to construction enterprises.
