针对国内建筑行业普遍资金周转困难的现状,讨论了实际工程中的方案研究设计,施工组织设计审定,材料采购等细节,分析了降低成本,提高利润空间的可能性,指出施工方降低工程成本关键在于搞好事前计划,事中控制,事后分析。

Aiming at the common financial difficulty situation in the architecture field in China, the paper discusses conceptual design of the practical construction, construction organization design approving and material purchasing and so on, analyzes the possibility of reducing cost and improvingprofit. Finally it points out the key of reducing construction cost is doing well the beforehand plan, control in the event and post analysis.
