摘要
针对全寿命周期费用理论的应用在工程建设中越来越重要的现状,通过设备选型和节能产品的选用两个例子说明了全寿命周期费用在建设工程中的应用情况,从而提高建设工程的经济效益。
Aiming at the increasing importance of the application of full life-span cycle cost theory in architectural projects, the paper, with the quotation of the two examples, the type selection of equipment and the energy-saving products, illustrates the application of full life-span cycle cost theory in architectural projects, so as to improve the economic benefits of the arehitectural projects.
