六种主要措施治疗乳糜尿和乳糜血尿的比较研究

Comparative observation on the results of six methods in treament of chluria and hemotochyluria

目的应用六种常用方法,比较治疗乳糜尿或乳糜血尿的疗效。方法应用中西医结合、国产中碳链油、硝酸银逆行加压肾盂灌注、腹股沟淋巴结-大隐静脉吻合术、淋巴管-静脉吻合术、消肿乳糜清系列制剂六种主要方法治疗乳糜尿(乳糜血尿)。结果疗后上述六种方法治愈率分别为58.27%、79.47%、75.00%、62.5%、51.16%和92.38%。中西医结合、国产中碳链油、硝酸银逆行加压肾盂灌注和消肿乳糜清系列制剂治疗组1～5年复发率分别为65.69%、36.71%、40.27%和4.52%。结论消肿乳糜清制剂是乳糜尿、乳糜血尿患者最理想的天然治疗药物。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of six generally used methods on chhyluria and hemotochyluria. Methods The methods of combination of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） with Western medicine, medium-chain triglyceride, silver nitrate retrograde perfusion pressure pelvis, inguinal lymph nodes - saphenous vein anastomosis, lymphatic - venous anastomosis, Xiaozhongrumiqing series preparation were used. Results The cure rates of the six methods were 58.27 %, 79.47%, 75.00%, 62.5%, 51.16% and 92.38% ,seperately. The 1-5-year recurrence rate of TCM with Western medicine, Medium-Chain Triglyceride, Silver nitrate retrograde perfusion pressure pelvis and Xiaozhongrumiqing series preparation groups were 65.69%, 36.71%, 40.27% and 4.52%. Conclusion Xiaozhongrumiqing preparation is the ideal and natural drug for treatment of chhyluria and hemotochyluria.
