摘要
伴随着社会的不断发展,手机已经成为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分。手机的业务量需求在不断增加,运营公司的基站规模、设备数量也在不断扩大。现实中,绝大多数的通信基站均采用无人值守,为了保证通信设备长期正常地运行,使基站处于标准的环境温度,是非常必要的,所以几乎每个通信基站都配备了空调,而这些空调长年处于运行状态,电费支出不断增大,极大造成了电力资源的浪费。
With the development of society, mobile phones already become indispensable to people＇s lives. Business volume demand of mobile phones is increasing and the scale of communication base and the quantity of equipment of operation companies are also expanding. In practice, the overwhelming majority of communication bases are unattended, so it is essential to guarantee that the communication facility operates normally for long, and that the bases operate under standard ambient temperature. Therefore nearly all communication bases are provided with air conditioners. As these air conditioners usually keep running all the time, the electric cost increases unceasingly, and enormous waste of electric power resources is caused.
