摘要
研究了直流阻性负载条件下新型铜基电接触材料的电弧侵蚀特性、材料转移及接触电阻。材料在电流<14 A时,由阴极向阳极转移;在电流≥14 A时,由阳极向阴极转移。触点电弧侵蚀后的表面形貌产生明显的孔洞和裂纹,接触电阻随电流值和接触次数增加有不同程度的波动。结果表明,接触过程中各种因素的不对称是产生材料转移的主要原因。
The arc erosion characteristic, material transfer and contact resistance of new copper-based electric contact materials were studied. The material transfer is from cathode to anode with current 〈 14 A, and from anode to cathode with current≥ 14 A. The surface profile of contacts has obvious holes and cracks, the contact resistance are unstable with inceasing of current value and contact time. The results indicate that many symmetry factors are the important reasons of the material transfer in electric contact.
