本文斌对九十年代原子吸收光谱分析仪器和应用的重大发展及趋势作一概略论述。主要涉及原子化器,背景校正,分光、检测系统,与整机构型的历史性变革,及其相关技术;并简介了固体进样,流动注射,原位捕集,在线联用,形态分析和多元素同时测定等方面的新突破。文本附至1998年6月相关文献439篇。
This paper presents an overview of the most important developments and trends in AAS' instruments and applications since 1990, and mainly involves the following aspects: ① ETA - from convenhonal Massmann - type to THGA; ②Zeera Backgroumd Correchon - from transverse constant/AC magnehc field to longitudinal AC one; ③ Solid Sampling - from manual manner to full automization; ④ Flow Injection - from coupled with systems of flame and HG to witb ETA, even fI-HG-AT- ETA togethe; ⑤ One Determination-from sequentially detecting single-element to simultaneousy muih - elements, with Photomete - from monochromator to polychromator, and Detector - from photomultiplier to solid state detector; ⑥ Analytical Objects -from elements to species; ⑦ The Characteristic of a Whole Instrument- from simple and seperae units to integration, automation and intellectualization.
