摘要 大多数分子器件存在负微分电阻效应,其伏安特性曲线具有明显的非线性.该文基于数值计算方法考查了Si4分子器件构成电路中的动力学行为,通过计算Si4分子器件构成电路方程的李雅谱诺夫指数,可以在合适的参数区间内观察到混沌动力学行为. Voltage-current curve has obvious characteristics of the nonlinear because of negative differential resistance effect of most of molecular devices. The dynamics of the circuit based on the Sit molecular device is explored nummerically. Chaos dynamics is observed in the Sit molecular device based circuit for proper circuit parameters, which is confirmed by the positive maximium lyapunov exponent.
