在对现有气象灾害监测预警联防信息传输方式进行分析的基础上,提出了一种面向省以下气象部门,基于气象防灾减灾广域网络的实时、主动、高效灾害性天气预警联防信息发布服务方案,给出了预警信息网络传输平台的具体实现和主要功能.

On the basis of the analysis of the present way of transmitting meteorological disasters early-warning and cooperative defense information, a scheme for reahime, initiative and highly efficient disastrous weather early-warning and joint defense information providing services to sub provincial meteorological departments based on meteorological disasters prevention and reduction wide area network was proposed, the main function and implementation was introduced.
