摘要
本文基于对浙江省科研人员的问卷调查,测度了目前科研人员对于绩效评估公平感的总体感受,以及绩效评估中程序公平和结果公平两个因子的影响作用,以揭示科研机构和高校绩效评估的公平情况。研究进一步分析了不同个体特征的科研人员在绩效评估公平感和工作满意度方面的差异,探究了科研人员绩效评估公平感对工作满意度的影响效应。
Based on a questionnaire survey on S&T personnel in Zhejiang province,S&T personnel holistic perception for justice as well as the factor of procedural and outcome justice in performance appraisal are measured in order to reveal status of justice in colleges and S&T institutions.An analysis on the difference among S&T personnel with different personal features in their perception for justice and job satisfaction is given and how their perceptions for justice in performance appraisal influence their job satisfaction is explored.
