摘要
本文依据397家中国企业的样本数据,基于防守者、前瞻者和分析者的企业战略分类,对知识管理战略、创新行为与企业绩效之间的关系进行实证研究。结果表明:防守者依靠编码化战略推动两类创新,依靠探索式创新提升绩效;前瞻者依靠人际化战略推动两类创新,依靠利用式创新提升绩效;分析者依靠人际化战略推动两类创新,并同时依靠探索式创新和利用式创新提升绩效。
Using the data gathered through a survey of 397 Chinese enterprises,based on the business strategy classification for defender,prospector,and analyzer,the relationship between knowledge management strategies,innovations,and performance are tested empirically.The results show that(1) For the defender,codification strategy accelerates two types of innovations,and exploratory innovation promotes performance;(2) For the prospector,personalization strategy accelerates two types of innovations,and exploitative innovation promotes performance;(3) For the analyzer,personalization strategy accelerates two types of innovations,and both exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation promote performance.
