摘要
通过分析计算得出:径向游隙对接触角的影响最大,其次是套圈沟曲率中心偏移量,钢球对接触角的影响与结构设计和参数设计有关。对于三点接触球轴承,钢球对接触角的影响大于外圈沟曲率半径的影响。产品设计中,沟曲率中心偏移量的公差设计宜取负方向偏差。适当压缩套圈沟曲率半径公差,放宽配套钢球尺寸的偏差,可以解决钢球尺寸超差的使用问题。附图2幅,参考文献3篇。

In product design, negative deviahon is usually adopted for tolerance design of centre offset of raceway curvature. Reducing tolerance of ring raceway radius of curvature and relaxing lower deviation of matching hall dimension aPPropriately may solve the problem of using out - of - tolerance balls.
