血管壁回声跟踪技术评价被动吸烟者的颈动脉弹性功能 被引量:24

摘要 目的探讨血管回声跟踪技术(ET)评价被动吸烟者颈动脉弹性功能的应用价值。方法主动吸烟组50例,被动吸烟组44例,正常对照组44名,应用ET技术对颈动脉血流动力学进行量化分析,评估动脉硬化参数,包括压力-应变弹性系数(Eρ)、僵硬度(β)、动脉顺应性(AC)、血管收缩期内径(Ds)及舒张期内径(Dd)。结果β和Eρ主动吸烟组、被动吸烟组均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);主动吸烟组与被动吸烟组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。AC:主动吸烟组、被动吸烟组均显著低于正常对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);主动吸烟组与被动吸烟组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ds和Dd:各组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ET可早期发现被动吸烟者和主动吸烟者血管内皮功能的改变,测量结果精确,是一种便捷、无创的检查方法。 Objective To explore the value of E-tracking technology (ET) in evaluating carotid artery elasticity function in passive smokers. Methods Fifty active smoking persons, 44 passive smoking ones and 44 normal persons (the control group) were included. Quantitative analysis was made on hemodynamics of carotid artery by ET to evaluate the blood vessel elastic modulus, including pressure-strain elastic modulus (Eρ), stiffness parameters (β), arterial compliance (AC), internal systolic diameter (Ds) and internal diastolic diameter (Dd). Results β and Eρ were higher in passive and active smokers than those in normal (P〈0.05, P〈0.01), but there was no difference between passive smoke group and active smoke group (P〉0.05). AC was lower in passive and active smokers than that in normal persons (P〈0. 01), and there was no statistical difference between passive smoke group and active smoke group (P〉0. 05). There was no difference of Ds and Dd in three groups (P〉0. 05). Conclusion As a convenient and non-invasive method, ET can be used to access the vessel endothelial dysfunction of passive and active smokers accurately.
