摘要
目的:建立环香酮滴眼液中秦皮甲素含量测定方法。方法:HPLC采用YMC C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,10μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸(12:88)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^-检测波长为334nm,柱温为30℃。结果:秦皮甲素在0.0284~0.284μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为99.16%,RSD为0.89%;测得每瓶含秦皮甲素大干1.51mg。结论:该方法重现性好,准确度高,可作为环香酮滴眼液定量分析方法。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determining aesculin in Huanxiangtong eye drops. Methods: The samples were analyzed by HPLC using a YMC Cls column (250 mm ×4.6 mm,10 μm) , the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid ( 12:88 ) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL. min^-1 , the detection wave-length was at 334 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: A linear range of aesculin curve was within 0. 028 4 -0. 284 0μg(r =0. 999 6) , the average recovery was 99. 16% and the RSD was 0.89%. The content of aesculin was 1.51 mg per bottle. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible and accurate, therefore it can be used for the quality control of Huanxiangtong eye drops.
