我院复方镇痛药氨酚羟考酮的临床应用分析

Application of oxycodone-acetaminophen in our hospital

目的:评价氨酚羟考酮在我院的临床应用情况。方法:对我院2007年8月-2008年7月氨酚羟考酮的相关数据进行统计、分析。结果:氨酚羟考酮在我院共19个科室展开应用,门诊患者总体用量高于住院患者,骨科是用量最多的科室;门诊与住院用量排名前12位的科室存在较大差异,其中门诊以外科应用居多,住院患者以术后和癌痛镇痛为主。结论:氨酚羟考酮在我院应用仍相对集中于骨科等部分科室,可适当加强氨酚羟考酮对其他临床常见疼痛镇痛效果的探索性研究。

Objective： To evaluate the status of the use of oxycodone-acetaminophen in our hospital. Methods： The data regarding the use of analgesics between August 2007 and July 2008 were analyzed statistically. Results： Oxyeodone-acetaminophen was used in 19 departments. The use frequence was higher in out-patients than in in-patients, and the amount used in department of orthopaedics was the highest. Patients in surgery department consisted of the major part of users in out-patients, hi-patients mostly used oxycodone-acetaminophen after surgery or to relieve cancer pain. Conclusion： Oxycodone-acctaminophen is mostly used in certain departments; exploratory studies should be performed to evaluate its analgesic effect.
