摘要
目的:探讨沙蚕蛋白酶的抗血小板聚集作用及对血液流变学的影响。方法:利用二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、花生四烯酸及胶原诱导大鼠血小板聚集,测定血小板最大聚集率;采用股静脉注射高分子右旋糖酐建立大鼠高黏滞血症模型,检测血液流变学指标。结果:沙蚕蛋白酶可抑制诱导剂ADP,花生四烯酸及胶原引起的大鼠血小板聚集,降低其最大聚集率;可降低大鼠全血黏度,对血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率及红细胞压积均无影响。结论:沙蚕蛋白酶具有显著的血小板聚集抑制作用及改善血液流变学特性。
Objective : To study the effects of Nereis vreins proteinase on platelet aggregation and hemorheology. Methods: Adenosine diphosphate (ADP) , araehidonie acid and collagen were used to induce platelet aggregation in rats, and the maximum ratio of platelet aggregation was detected. The hemorheological effect was observed in the model of hyperviscosity blood syndrome induced by high molecular dextran in rats. Results: Nerds vreins proteinase inhibited platelet aggregation induced by different revulsives in rats, and reduced the maximum aggregation rate and whole blood viscosity. It had no effects on plasma viscosity, blood sedimentation rate, and volume of packed red cells in rats. Conclusion: Nereis vreins proteinase possesses a strong effect against platelet aggregation and improves hemorheological characteristics.
