4例住院患者抗生素使用的药学监护

Pharmaceutical care for application of antibacterial agents in 4 in-hospital patients

对肺炎并肾病综合症、孕妇肺炎并支气管哮喘、急性支气管炎和肺癌并肝转移各1例住院患者实行全程药学监护,分析抗生素使用情况,及时给出选药建议和剂量调整的依据,使患者用药更加安全、有效和合理。

In 4 patients who suffered from pneumonia complicated by dropsical nephritis, pneumonia complicated by bronchial asthma and pregnancy, acute bronchitis, and lung cancer with hepatic metastasis, pharmaceutical care was performed in their whole courses of medication. The application of antibacterial agents was ana- lyzed; thereby the drug choices and dosage adjustments were commended in time. The pharmaceutical care has improved the safety, efficacy and rationality of the drug therapy.
