轧钢机动压轴承油膜补偿与临界轧速分析

摘要 采用有限元方法求解雷诺方程,对形成动压润滑的临界轧制速度以及影响板厚轧制精度的油膜厚度进行计算机数值模拟以评价不同轧制工况下油膜轴承的承载能力与特性参数。计算得出的不同轧速下膜厚预报值以及临界轧速与实际数据吻合。 The finite element method was used to solve the Reynolds equation and to perform the computer numerical simulation for the oil film thickness which influenced the gauge control accuracy, and for the critical rolling speed to sustain hydrodynamic lubrication in order to evaluate the parameters and loading capacity of the oil film bearing considered under different rolling conditions. The forecasted film thich-ness from the computation and the critical rolling speed was close corelated to the practical status.
