摘要
针对高层建筑剪力墙结构施工混凝土用量大、资源浪费及环境污染严重等问题,通过开展QC小组活动,找出了改进方法,即从模板支设、钢筋制作、钢筋安装和混凝土浇筑等方面采取有效的对策措施,利用混凝土墙、板负公差技术控制混凝土构件的截面尺寸,既确保了工程质量,又降低了原材料的消耗。
In the construction of shear wall structure of highrise, there is great a consumption of concrete, which resulted in wasting of resource and environment pollution. Through QC group's activity, found out corrective method-make use of negative allowance of concrete wall and slab to control the sectional dimension of concrete member-to guarantee the quality of engineering , and decreased consumption of material.
