摘要
羊痘病毒能引起山羊痘、绵羊痘和牛的结节性疹块病。羊痘病毒基因组较大,可容纳较大的外源基因。重组病毒载体是当今病毒基因工程研究的热点之一,目前以动物病毒为基础设计的基因克隆及表达载体主要有取代型的重组病毒载体和重组的病毒-质粒载体。作者综述了羊痘病毒载体构建策略和羊痘病毒活载体疫苗研究的最新进展。
The diseases of sheep and goat pox and lumpy skin disease of cattle are caused by members of the capripoxvirus. Capripoxvirus, the member of the orthopoxvirus family with the largest genome, probably encodes more genes involved in cell adaptation than any of the other members. Recombinant virus vector is one of the most hot spots in virus gene engineering, there are two vector type, the replaceable recombinant virus vector and the recombinant viral plasmid vector. This review summarized recent advances in the methods of construction of viral transfer plasmid, homologous recombinant, and the activated vaceines derived from the viruses deleted the nonessential gene or inserted with neutralizing gene of other pathogens.
