摘要
本文报道了齿龈内阿米巴(Entamoebagingivalis,Eg)福建株是在改良的LES双相培养基内含20%小牛血清,培养起始pH为5.8、于35±0.5℃下培养分离建立起来的虫株。而抗坏血酸(Vitc)及柠檬酸铁铵的添加对Eg生长无促进作用。该株Eg共生的四种细菌经分离鉴定为:普通变形杆菌、大肠埃希氏菌、表皮葡萄球菌和微球菌属细菌。由于这是国内首次报道建立Eg虫株的体外培养,它对进一步研究这种口腔原虫与牙周病的关系以及牙周病的防治有重要意义。
獷ntamoeba gingivalis Fujian strain was isolated and established on modified LES medium containing 20% of bovine serum with initiate pH value of 58,under the cultivation temperature of 35±05℃.The addition of ascorbic acid and ferric ammonium citrate did not promote the growth of E.gingivalis. CPLM and C PLM media did not support the growth of E.gingivalis while LAS medium sustained limited growth.The accompanying bacteria associated with E.gingivalis /Fujian strain were isolated and identified as Proteus vulgaris,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Micrococcus sp.It was the first report on the establishment of xenic culture of E.gingivalis in China and the method was significant to the further study of relationships between this oral protozoan and periodontal diseases.
