摘要
为了解保鲜库预冷降温过程的流场分布特性,以某实验保鲜库为研究对象,建立了二维湍流数值计算模型,采用SIM-PLE算法和壁面函数法通过FLUENT流体动力学软件,对预冷降温过程进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,降温过程中库内的流场特点是速度场的变化不大且存在一个中心大回流区,温度场有明显的变化且中心区温度高、贴壁处温度低。因而数值模拟能够较好反应保鲜库预冷过程的流场分布特性,可为保鲜库的制冷设备及结构优化提供参考。
In order to forecast and analyze the flow field of chilling process in a mini type cool store, and improve and optimize the flow field, a two - dimensional turbulence mathematic model for a mini type cool store was established using SIMPLE algorithm and wall functions in computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT. The simulation results showed that the temperature field of chilling changed more frequently and obviously compared to flow field. By simulation, there was a circum fluence in flow field, in which the temperature was higher than that in the field close to the wall. By analyzing the simulation results, it was found that numerical simulation was capable of reflecting flow field of chilling process with reasonable accuracy.
