摘要
目的:研究日月潭按蚊的实验室养殖技术。方法:1991~1997年间16次在现场捕捉吸血雌蚊或雄蚊,在实验室进行人工驯化养殖。结果:传代数最长者可连续7代,短者仅传2代,每批蚊子从第1代到最后1代,其卵、幼虫、蛹、成蚊数量均逐代显著减少致中断。结论:雌蚊不易吸鼠血和人血,使吸血率低和死亡率高及受精率低等。
The present paper reported the breeding result of Anopheles jeyporiensis candidiensis in laboratory.From 1991 to 1997,adults of Anopheline mosquitos were collected in cowshelter near the boundary area between Vietnan and China.The mosquitos could be breed in the lab.The longest period was 7 generations.The shortest one was just 2 gererations.The amounts of eggs,larvae,pupae and adults of the mosquito were decreased by generations.Finally the mosquitos was extinguished.The main reason of the fault in cultivate is that the mosquito dislike to feed the blood and lay less eggs.
