摘要 从人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)中分离β亚单位(βhCG),用异质双功能交联剂SPDP将βhCG与破伤风类毒素偶联,形成生物大分子抗原,脂质体包被后制成hCG避孕疫苗。按生物制品规程要求检定,安全试验合格。用此疫苗免疫小白鼠和恒河猴,小白鼠免后21天的血清抗体可中和22ng/mlβhCG,其抗体峰在免后35天。猴的抗体峰在免后60天(112.3ng/ml)。恒河猴在10个月之后接种第2针,其抗体峰值为90ng/ml。 The β subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin(βhCG)was separated outand coupled with tetanus toxoid by SPDP(an alloplasmatic bifunctional cross linking agent),then coated with liposome.In this way,an antifertility vaccine was prepared.The vaccinepassed safety test and was used to immunize mice and rhesus.The peak values of antibodylevels in the serum of ndce(79.5ng/ml)and rhesus(112.3ng/ml)appeared at the 35th and60th day after immunization respectively.Rhesus received a booster 10 months after immunization,and the peak value of antibody level of them was 90ng/ml.
