Editor's Note

电子技术在汽车上正发挥着日益重要的作用。无论是动力传动、底盘、转向、安全，还是新能源汽车，越来越多的技术创新离不开电子技术的研发和应用。遗憾的是，目前我国汽车电子产业与国外先进水平相比，存在着巨大的差距。整个汽车电子产业基础薄弱，缺少自主核心技术，尤其是电控产品是一大瓶颈。本期“东方时评”指出，要实现我国电控技术的突破，政府必须通过明确的、不可动摇的政策法规来制定具体的目标和进步。

Electronics is playing an increasingly important role on automobiles. More and more advanced techs like driveline, chassis, steering, safety system and new energy vehicle are relying on the R＆D and use of electronics. It＇ s regretful that domestic electronics still has a huge gap from overseas, due to weak industrial base and shortage of self-reliant core tech, electronic-controlled products in particular. ＂Review＂ in this issue indicates breakthrough in our electronics tech needs clear and steady policies and regulations.
