摘要 输电网的参数错误会制约各种能量管理系统(EMS)在线或离线计算软件的应用。基于当前输电网的实际情况,推导了线路电容和电抗各自的估计方程。引入了图论中的树枝、连枝以及圈基的有关概念,分别对常规监控与数据采集(SCADA)量测下的单断面参数估计、多断面参数估计以及结合相量测量单元(PMU)的圈基组支路参数估计进行了推导。分析了量测数量及种类不断增加情况下的参数可观测性的变化。所述算法对PMU测点的配置要求较低。在New England 39节点系统上进行了测试,在4条母线上配置了PMU,圈基组内的各支路估计结果较为理想。 Network parameter errors may seriously restrict the online and offline application of the energy management system (EMS). Based on the practical conditions of the electricity transmission network, the respective estimating equations of line reactance and shunt capacitance parameters are deducedderived respectively. Introducing the concepts of tree branches of a tree, links and minimum cycle basis groups of graph theory into the reactance parameter estimation, parameter estimations for the single case and multi-cases by supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) as well as for minimum cycle basis groups combining phase measurement unit (PMU) are derivededucedd. With the increasing of the quantity and category of the measurements, the observability analysis is implemented. Observability analysis is carried out according to number and kind increasing of measurements. The presented method has low requirements for PMU configuration and is tested on the New England 39-bus system in which four buses are equipped with PMUs. The parameter estimation results are good.
