摘要
海上风电场内部电气系统布局方案是近年来研究的热点,不同的布局方案直接影响风电场的投资成本和输出电能的可靠性等风电场经济运行指标。在已有4种布局基础上提出了多边环形布局,并在综合考虑投资成本和故障机会成本(由于海底电缆故障所损失的应得发电收益)这2个因素后对5种布局方案的总成本进行了评估,对影响总成本的几个重要参数进行了灵敏度分析。
Collector network design for offshore wind farms have received much more attention recently. Different collector networks designs directly affect the capital cost and reliability of offshore wind farms. This paper proposes a multiple-sided ring layout based on the existing four types of layouts, and assesses its cost together with other four types of designs, considering the opportunity cost of failure (the lost income due to the submarine cable fault). A sensitivity analysis is carried out aiming at several key parameters.
