为适应电力市场的发展,必须开展华东二期电力市场建设方案研究。二期市场新增交易品种的选择是研究重点之一。从必要性和可行性的角度出发,分析了二期市场中的实物交易、金融性交易等品种,并对相应的价格形成机制和结算时序进行了研究。

To satisfy the future development of the electricity market, research should be carried out on the schemes of the second phase of East China Electricity Market construction. The choice of the newly introduced transaction variety is one of the research emphases. From the aspects of necessity and feasibility, the physical transaction, financial transaction and other transaction variety in the second phase of East China Electricity Market are analyzed. The corresponding price formation mechanisms and time series of settlement are also studied.
