摘要
阐述了SCI及其影响因子的概念,分析了SCI及其影响因子作为科研管理主要标准的局限性以及对护理专业发展的不利影响,提出了对策。
The concepts of SCI and impact factor （IF） were explained. The authors also analyzed the limitations using SCI and IF as the primary evaluation standard of re, search management. Then some suggestions were come out.
