摘要 骨质疏松症是一种系统性骨骼疾病。目前诊断骨质疏松症的标准方法为双能X线检测,难以评价骨微结构。高分辨率磁共振成像能提供骨小梁结构的详细信息。本文就高分辨率磁共振成像在骨质疏松症骨微结构评价中的应用予以综述。 Osteoporosis is a systematic disease of skeleton. Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry has significant limitations as it can not provide enough information on the structural manifestations of the disease. Recent advancements have showed that MRI with post-processing can provide detailing structural information. This article reviewed the assessment of HRMRI in trabucular bone micro architecture in osteoporosis
