摘要
设计了基于步进电机、数字伺服阀和C8051F120单片机的数字闭环液压同步实验系统。该系统以步进电机作为数字控制的动力源,数字伺服阀为控制系统的执行机构,光栅作为液压油缸的位置检测装置,充分利用C8051F120单片机的强大功能,对液压缸进行了有效的同步控制,并对同步实验结果进行数字化液晶显示。综合运用了学生的液压技术、单片机技术、数字控制技术,提高了学生的综合素质,取得了很好的效果。
An experiment system of digital closed loop hydraulic synchronization based on stepping motors, digital servo valves and C8051F120 MCU has been designed. In this system, stepping motors are used as the power source of the Numerical control, digital servo valves as the operator of the control system and gratings as the position detecting equipments of hydraulic cylinders. By making full use of the powerful function of C8051F120 MCU, it synchronously controls hydraulic cylinders effectively. The result of synchronous experiments are showed numerically on LCD screen. The hydraulic technology, MCU technology and numeical control technology of students are trained in the system. It could improve students' comprehensive quality and produce good effects.
