从可行性分析着手，叙述了建立ＦＭＳ的步骤、内容，各模块之间的协调以及对ＦＭＳ的经济评价。
After analyzing the feasibility, this paper presents the steps of FMS constructing, its contents and the coordination of its modules, and gives economic evaluation.
