摘要
研究了操作条件对沉积速度的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。试验证明,用化学沉积法获得的Ni_Sn_P合金具有非晶态结构,常温下,在酸性和碱性介质中的耐蚀性均优于Ni_P合金镀层和不锈钢。
The effects of operation conditions on the rate of deposition are studied and the optimum plating process is defined. The results show that Ni_Sn_P alloy coatings by chemical deposition has amorphous structure and better corrosion resistance in acid and basic medium than the Ni_P alloy coating and stainless steel.
