介绍了纯铝－不锈钢惯性摩擦焊的研究，经过试验获得了牢固的固相连接接头，通过对接头进行冷热冲击、气密性以及拉力试验，证明纯铝－不锈钢惯性摩擦焊焊接接头的各项使用性能指标均达到母材水平。

Inertial friction welding of pure Al_stainless steel is introduced. Connection joint with firm solid phase is achieved through tests. It is proved that all performance specifications of inertial friction welded joint of pure Al_stainless steel reached the level of the parent material through the cold and hot shock, gas_tightness and tensile test.
